The Ritual unfolds slowly. Guests are received in our Japanese Head Spa room — designed for up to three guests, side by side, in their own private suspension of time. The lights are low. The water is warm. Aromatic vapours rise from a series of botanical compresses.

Each guest reclines as the Ritual begins. The hair is washed, layered with nourishing tonics, gently exfoliated, and washed again — each cleanse a different rhythm, each pause an unhurried moment. As the Treatment progresses, a Petite Facial is woven seamlessly throughout: a refined skincare interlude that runs in parallel to the head and hair work, so the face is cared for even as the scalp is held.

The Ritual builds toward its central moment. Our signature halo shower descends from above, releasing a soft cascade of warm water across the crown like a quiet veil.
