Step into the Spa Room — five considered thermal and water experiences, yours to move through at your own pace:
- Infrared sauna — penetrates deeply, raising core heat and supporting detoxification
- Steam room — softens, opens, and clears the skin
- Ice bath — stimulates a natural rise in dopamine and endorphins, enhancing mood
- Magnesium mineral pool — absorbs the essential magnesium your body craves to relax muscles
- Spa bath — warm, bubbling hydrotherapy
Our Water
Water is at the heart of the Spa Experience — and we have given considered thought to how it is treated.
Our mineral pool and Spa bath are powered by the Brauer B-Mineral System, an Australian-designed mineral and ozone-to-oxygen purification system. Magnesium and potassium are added to the water for therapeutic benefit, while ozone replaces the harsh chemistry of traditional chlorination — leaving the water exceptionally clean, crystal clear, and free from chemical odour.
The result is water that is gentle on the skin, supports muscle recovery, and feels measurably softer to immerse in. Ideal for sensitive skin. Eco-conscious by design. A small, considered upgrade you may notice from your first moment in the room.

For the 9 am, 11 am, and 1 pm sessions, your treatment follows your Spa Experience.
For the 3 pm session, your treatment is scheduled before your Spa Experience — the warm-down comes last.

The Spa Experience is the entry point. From here, you choose what comes next — a single treatment, a half day, or a full Journey through everything we offer.
Combine any treatments from across our menu — Japanese Head Spa, Float Therapy, Waterlily Rituals, Spa Journeys, Extended Journeys, Massage Rituals — to shape the day at the pace, depth, and indulgence that suit you.
All Spa Experience bookings combine with a treatment from our menu.
After-Hours Spa Special
From 5 pm onwards, the Spa Room is yours — private, unhurried, an evening's worth of stillness.
- 2 hours — $70 per person
- 3 hours — $90 per person
Minimum two guests.
After-hours sessions are Spa experiences only, designed for small, intimate groups. A milestone birthday. An anniversary. A small gathering of friends marking the occasion together. The Spa Room becomes yours — thermal and water experiences without interruption, the time to linger.
Some evenings are about restoration. For groups arriving with a detox or reset in mind, the After-Hours Spa offers uninterrupted time across the infrared sauna, ice bath, magnesium mineral pool, steam room, and Spa bath — the full cycle of heat, cold, and water at the pace the body needs.
Your own food and drink are welcome. The Spa will be waiting.
