The Waterlily Rituals at Getaway are the heart of our Facial and Body Treatment menu — each one shaped by Waterlily's Treatment Protocols, each one drawn from the Botanical Laboratory in Brisbane where Founder and Formulator Michelle Reeve has been handcrafting this collection since 2004.
Rose Peptide Performance Facial

Inspired by the regenerative properties of Rose, this refined Performance Facial combines botanical elegance with advanced peptide technology for the ultimate age-defying skin therapy.
Smart peptide, Heptapeptide-7, delivered in a clinical 5% concentration, has the unique ability to stimulate collagen production, diminish wrinkles, and improve skin elasticity. Dispensed in a 10% multi-vitamin complex and intensified with liposomal collagen and trans-resveratrol, this skin-perfecting Ritual is imbued with pure rose oil and raspberry to resurface, replenish, and renew.
The result is a beautifully balanced Treatment delivering visible skin refinement within a deeply luxurious Spa Experience.
Petite Facial

The Petite Facial is a half-hour refinement — a considered skincare interlude designed to enhance hydration and radiance. Where the Rose Peptide Performance Facial is the full Treatment, the Petite Facial is its elegant condensation: the same Waterlily formulations, drawn into thirty minutes.

Moroccan Melt Sugar Ritual
90 minutes $180
A hammam-inspired body Ritual. Sugar, rose, marula. The body polished, then held. A Ritual drawn from the ancient hammam wellness ceremonies of Morocco. A blend of crushed coffee and sugar, cold-pressed with rose absolute and geranium, opens the Ritual — polishing the skin and awakening the body as circulation rises.
Aromatherapy Compresses remove the layers. The Ritual then flows into a nourishing Full Body Massage with the Moroccan Melt Body Balm — a botanical crème layered with rose absolute, marula oil, passionflower, licorice, cocoa butter, and vanilla, formulated in Waterlily’s Botanical Laboratory to honour the sacred feminine and support the changing rhythms of hormone health.
Liposomal Vitamin D3 and E are dispensed in active concentrations for phytoestrogen support. The body is polished, softened, and held. The skin, deeply nourished. A wellness ceremony as much as a Treatment.
Waterlily Forest Bathing Ritual

Shinrin-yoku, translated into the Spa.
The Waterlily Forest Bathing Ritual is built around the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku — time in nature, deliberately taken. The Ritual translates that intent into a 90-minute Spa Experience drawn from the Hinoki forests of Japan.
It begins with a fermented papaya enzyme Body Polish — smoothing and refining the skin in preparation for what follows. A mineral-rich clay Wrap is then applied, infused with hinoki heartwood, black spruce, ginseng, sandalwood, jasmine, and neroli blossom — a deeply grounding combination that envelops the body. As the Wrap infuses, the body settles into stillness.
Aromatherapy Compresses remove the layers, and the Ritual flows into a nourishing finishing Massage — restoring softness, luminosity, and a quiet sense of balance.
Forest & Flow Japanese-Inspired Signature Ritual

A deeply grounding head-to-toe immersion. The longest Spa Experience we offer.
The Forest & Flow is three and a half hours of layered Waterlily Treatments, drawn together into one continuous Journey.
It begins with the Waterlily Forest Bathing Body Polish and Wrap — the body grounded, the skin prepared. While cocooned in warmth, the experience flows into the Rose Peptide Performance Facial, elevated with high-performance active masques. The Wrap continues to infuse as the skin is refined and illuminated.
Aromatherapy Compresses remove the layers. The body then softens into a flowing Full Body Massage, with Massage elements woven through the Ritual from beginning to end.
The Journey concludes with the Japanese Head Spa — a flowing water Ritual that creates a sanctuary for the senses, an immersion into scalp and hair inspired by the Japanese art of shinrin-yoku, the practice of immersing in nature.
By the end of three and a half hours, the body has been polished, wrapped, massaged, infused, and held beneath our signature halo shower. It is, by any measure, the deepest immersion we offer.
